“the performance”: « la performance »
“All employees are measured annually on their performance.”
« Tous les employés sont évalués annuellement sur leurs performances. »
“an employee”: « un employé »
You can also say « un salarié ». This refers to “the wage” which is « un salaire ».
“to measure ”: « mesurer »
You can also say « évaluer ». The difference is « mesurer » is more practical. You measure something on a scale, whereas « évaluer »: “to evaluate” is a bit more abstract.
“annually”: « annuellement »
Remember how to make an adverb. “annually”, in English you will have -ly at the end.
In French you take the feminine adjective « annuelle » and you add an -ment at the end, « annuellement ».
