Remember there are two presents in English, the standard present “you use” and the present perfect “you are using”. There is only one present in French so even if you have to say “you’re still using”,
you will be saying « tu utilises ».
If you really want to enhance the fact that it’s an ongoing action, you’ll be using « tu es en train d’utiliser » – which is not the case here.
“still”: « encore »
“Excel”: « Excel »
Please know that there is an extra chapter for you to refer to, on software vocabulary like Excel.
The Verb Gerer
“to manage”: « gérer »
« manager », the French-English word, also exists but it doesn’t apply to objects.
So you can’t use it to manage your customer data, you have to use « gérer des données clients ».

Notice how we didn’t use « des » as in « les données des clients » (we could have).
That’s because « les données clients » is a set phrase, a very common phrase in business French.
